2017 memories

It’s the highly anticipated highlights of 2017! Photo-heavy and self-indulgent, reader caution is advised.

january

I embarked on my journey to not buying clothes.  I didn’t know it at the time, but this would result in my new hobby of sewing which I still haven’t really said anything about on here and I apologise for that.  I endeavour to bore you all with it this year.

february

We went to Dominique Ansel Bakery and had the frozen smore and cookie shot. Top tip, don’t bother getting a drink if you go, just get the water.

We went to see the plum blossoms.

march

Nothing worth mentioning?

april

They had to feature, but I’ll only subject you to one photo. April 2018 is just around the corner though…

Scott & Rivers x2!

may

We went to Ito and I absolutely loved it. I’d live there in a flash.

I made ume juice.

june

july

Nothing worth mentioning, again.

august

UK for a month.

september

All my ducks in a row.

october

=W=eezer month – that’s all that needs to be said. I went to the UK for a week to see 4 Weezer gigs.

november

I turned 30 and celebrated at the park.

december

Christmas and this saw me returning to the UK for the 3rd time that year which is ridiculous and I know that. It wasn’t a normal year for me. We went to Italy for New Year which I might do a separate post on, just for you.

So, that’s my 2017 and it was a fine year. I felt a bit like I was floating around, so I think 2018 needs to be a bit more solid. What do I mean by that? I’m not really sure but I’ll be sure to tell you when I work it out.

Here’s to a brilliant 2018!

Emily
