I’ve been really terrible for blogging recently, I apologise for that.  I haven’t been tending to take many photos either whilst I’ve been out and about but I’ll share the ones that I have taken.

I started off the month by going to see the cherry blossoms (you can see more pictures here if you would like).  This below two photos are at Yasukuni Shrine.

Then these were taken at The Imperial Palace, at the moat.  The queue for the boats was ridiculous.

On Sunday, it was a beautiful day here.  Not as warm as Saturday but we had lovely clear, blue skies and it was the perfect weather to go and see the plum blossoms!  So we went to 亀戸天神 (Kameido-Tenjin Shrine).

These green signs led the way from the station.  The main road that we went along was pedestrianised which I loved.  Not sure if this is just an every so often thing or an every Sunday thing, but it felt very daring to be able to just walk in the middle of the road.

Some things I did in July which I didn’t mention previously

(The trees are nearby.  They look like they are in a very tranquil spot in this picture, but in fact quite a busy road runs alongside them and if you look close enough, you can see Tokyo Tower just peeping through.)
