We went on the Highgate Cemetery tour.  Very informative and something different to do in London.

We also went to visit my husband’s family in Italy.

We did the supreme Saturday at Yauatcha in The City.  Beautiful!

It was my mum’s birthday and we went to El Gato Negro in Manchester which was really divine.

I got to see Weezer twice in April! Manchester and London.  The best band ever!

Took my mum to Barcelona for her birthday.

I left my job.

We got engaged!

We had both quit our jobs by this point, so were enjoying free and lazy days.  A lovely cafe in Charlton Park.

I went picking wild garlic, this is the fruits of my labour.

I went to Dover by myself and walked along the White Cliffs, something I have wanted to do and see for a long time.

We went to Manchester to see friends and family to say farewell.

We got married!!

We moved to Tokyo.

We moved to our permanent apartment.

I saw Weezer again, this time in Tokyo!  I went to Summer Sonic and also to their Tokyo Shinkiba show.

I saw Scott & Rivers in Shibuya.

We went to the Philippines.  It was supposed to be our honeymoon but it was so disastrous, we cancelled that.  Read about it here.

I went to visit my friend in Ehime.

It’s been a good year on reflection, some great things really did happen but overall, it’s also been a hard year.  I hope 2017 is a brilliant year for all of us.
