Saturday was cleaning day. I have never lived anywhere like Tokyo when it comes to dust piling up so quickly.
The weather was absolutely awful on Sunday – the day we had planned to go on a last cherry blossom walk, so that got cancelled and we just stayed in instead. It’s a good job we’d been out early in the week when the weather was fine.
Tomioka Hachiman Shrine in 門前仲町・Monzen-nakacho. My friend was telling me someone got stabbed to death here and it looks like they did.
We had a little hanami party here whilst my husband was on his lunch break.
Last weekend we’d walked along Sendaibori River which wasn’t that crowded. It’s a really pretty area of Tokyo that’s never too busy compared to the west.
I hope you had a wonderful weekend and fantastic March wherever you might be and I hope April is even better for you.
