I can’t remember how this came up in conversation between us, but it turns out C and I both have the same dream. We both want to try the wafer that they give out in church. Neither of us are religious and neither of us have been confirmed which is how you get the wafer instead of just getting a pat on the head and a blessing. I must say, I have even entertained the idea of getting confirmed just to be able to try this wafer. Though, despite not being religious, I’m still a bit iffy of that being my main motivation. It just kind of seems wrong. I have also asked my mum to go to church, get the wafer and then give it to me but they tend to place it directly on your tongue. You can order them online as well, but they seem to come in bulk and my mum has said that they aren’t nice so I don’t really want 498 of them lurking around at home. It’s certainly quite the dilemma.
