Travels to Chichibu, Saitama

This weekend, we decided on a whim to go to Chichibu・秩父 in Saitama. I’m not sure how I came upon this idea, but I did and we went.

It takes (depending on the train) around 1hr20 to 1hr50. The faster the time, the more pricey the ticket. My husband had a prior engagement on Saturday which didn’t finish until 15:00. Lately it’s been cool enough to go for walks again, so we headed over to Komeda Coffee in Kasai which opens until 23:00.

My husband had a HUGE strawberry kakigōri which he added condensed milk to and to which they added ice cream as well. They put the ice cream on by mistake, so gave it to him free of charge.
