We’ve had this pocket version of Game of Life or 人生ゲーム for a couple of years now but never played it. It was a rainy Sunday, so we decided to have a go at it and it’s really fun. It’s good for studying Japanese too, so I was actually really studious this weekend.

We headed to Mister Donut on Monday evening, just to get out of the house. It always makes me laugh when I go there because I was telling my Japanese friend about going one time and she thought I was talking about a Mr Donut which led to a lot of confusion. We were speaking in English at the time, so I was giving it its full title, in Japanese it just tends to be shortened to ミスド(said like ‘missdoh’).
