I want new pillows and like everything nowadays, the choice is overwhelming. I don’t know the specifics of the pillow I want, I’ve never thought about it that much before, I just know I need one. I’ve been looking online but it can turn into hours just researching pillows. Maybe if I do it in Japanese it can count as Japanese practice? Then again, I’m not sure my teacher would be too interested in having an hour and a half conversation about that but she’d have to just get on with it if she’s going to outsource the topic to me, wouldn’t she?

Anyway, I was at my favourite place again today, Azabudai Hills and there was a shop called Hotel Like Interior and I thought, well, I do like pillows in hotels. So the cheapest pillow they seemed to have was ¥23,100 and the dearest was ¥152,900. OMG! This is why rich people need taxing more. No one should think it’s acceptable to spend that much on a pillow and if you do, well, I’m lost for words. Do something better with your resources.
