weekend 250223・260223

土曜日

I met my husband at Akihabara this weekend after he’d been out and about in the morning. I wanted to eat at Komaki Shokudo, so that’s what we did. We’ve eaten there before but it was a bit different this time. We both opted for the こまき定食 and it was really good. It’s just under ¥2,000, so a bit pricey but it’s a quiet spot, you feel like you’re doing your body some good and it’s vegan.

There’s a really nice shop called Chabara in the same bit and it has goods from all over Japan with very pleasing aesthics if that’s what you’re into.

After lunch, we started walking towards Kuramae. We saw this sign on the way. The シティ (read shitty, means city) always makes me laugh – I know, it’s very immature.

We were going to see what the queue looked like for Dandelion but it was too long, so we gave up and headed up the road to Coffee Wrights Kuramae. I’m glad that decision was made for us. We both had iced caffe lattes and I had carrot cake and my husband had cheesecake. It was good cake.

日曜日

It was walking day today, just around the neighbourhood. I wanted to see the plum blossoms. Blue skies, flowers in bloom and it feels like spring is just around the corner.

I hope you had a good weekend, do anything nice?
Emily
