Those with a keen eye will have noticed I changed the tagline of the site from ‘come live my life with me’ to ‘living life frugally’. Now, not everything I do is frugal, but it is a big hobby of mine. I love saving money, getting deals and enjoying the free things in life, so it’s sort of there to act as a reminder to me. What I am trying to say is, this post isn’t really showing off my frugal ways BUT I don’t spend on other things so I can spend on the things I am interested in.
So, getting on with it, we went to Manila in the Philippines recently, only just got back on Sunday. I’m not going to say too much about it, just post the pictures. I enjoyed many aspects of it, but I also didn’t care for some aspects too. Places are like that. Flights are always quite expensive out of Japan but once we got there, it was really cheap. It was different to the places I am used to going. For a city, it was definitely a lot different.

Just some highlights from the trip. Advice if you go, don’t spend much time in Manila, go to the countryside.
