The cicadas have finally started making their little chirps (quite noisy little creatures really) and the temperatures are soaring. Europe had a heatwave too and the world just seems to be going crazy! Take care in the heat.

Not that many memories this month. Now, I pretty much say that every month to you and that’s fine. I’m boring, I can live with that most of the time. BUT! Just imagine how hard it is for me three times a week when I am asked by my teachers… so, what did you do this week/last weekend? And I answer as always, not that much. I’ve started making up going to cafes (that’s my best guess of what people do normally).

I don’t really have any pictures from march, so your guess is as good as mine when it comes to what I actually did.

The above photo was taken around the Kiba/Kiyosumi-shirkawa area. Lots of nice coffee places and cafes around that area too, if you’re into that kind of thing. We tried Allpress Espresso and looking at their website, they have a shop in the UK as well (amongst other places). It was nice and the staff were very friendly.

  • carry on reading – I have been reading a lot this year
  • go to a museum – I want to go to the soseki one
  • finish the shirt dress by merchant and mills
  • climb mt fuji (I know)
  • go to the recycle shop and drop my stuff off.
